MOSchoolExpertise.com was founded by Dr. Kyle Kruse for the purpose of supporting and strengthening Missouri K-12 Public Education.   

The vision of  MOSchoolExpertise.com is to provide timely, expert, guidance and assistance to school administrators at all stages of their careers.  

With 32 years experience in public education, and 20 years as a superintendent of schools, Dr. Kruse is well-versed in all aspects of school operations.  

You may have seen Dr. Kruse presenting financial and legislative workshops for the Missouri Association of School Administrators MASA) or testifying for the Missouri Legislature.  He has also been deeply involved in school health insurance offerings, school investment groups, and rural schools advocacy.
